Whether pieces need lowering on ropes, or a crane
Whether the stump, timber and waste are included

How much does tree surgery cost?

It depends on the tree, the work and the access, which is why we visit before quoting. We're mid-range: not the cheapest, not the dearest.

How long is a quote valid?

Ask on the visit. Prices can change if the tree or the access changes, for example after a storm.

Can you quote from photos?

We prefer to see the tree. Size, condition and access are hard to judge from photos, and a visit means the price you get is the price you pay.

Do I have to accept the quote?

No. The quote is free and there's no obligation.

Gave his expert advice and opinion, and although couldn’t do the job, due to the tree being on council highway, Max gave me the contact of the councils approved contractor to carry out a pollard.
I wouldn’t hesitate in using Max for any future work at my property.
