Experienced climbers wanted for regular subcontract days with our teams: dismantling, reductions and technical removals across Dorset, Hampshire and south Wiltshire.

Apprentice or trainee
No experience needed. You'll learn on real jobs alongside qualified teams, with your training paid for and time to learn it properly.

Ground crew
Running the site: signs and cones out, lowering lines, the chipper, the drop zone and a clean finish. The best climbers all started here.

Climber
Climbing, pruning and taking trees down in sections on ropes, with a ground crew you trust and a rescue plan for every climb.

Lead climber

Do I need experience to work for Clearcut?
Not for an apprenticeship or a trainee role. We'll train you on real jobs, with your tickets paid for. For climbing and subcontract jobs, you'll need the tickets and experience listed on the job.
Do you pay for training?
Yes. We fund the training and tickets that help you progress, from NPTC chainsaw and climbing units to Lantra, aerial rescue and first aid.
Do you take on subcontract climbers?
Yes. Subcontract climbers need their own public liability insurance, NPTC CS38 and CS39, and their own climbing kit, in date and LOLER inspected.
Where will I be working?
Our office is in Ferndown, and our teams work across Dorset, Hampshire and south Wiltshire.
What happens after I apply?
